ABOUT YOUR HOST
ELISSE GLENNON CONSULTING
Elisse Glennon headshot on Adubato set SQUARE.jpg

Elisse founded her firm in 2022 after a successful 25-year career in nonprofit, foundation and healthcare leadership.

Elisse’s passion for organ donation and transplantation began in 2010 at NJ Sharing Network, where she served as Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, as well as Executive Director of the Sharing Network Foundation. She was a driver behind the establishment of the Association of Organ Procurement Organization's first fund development council and served on the Board of Trustees for Donate Life America.

Elisse’s husband Brian was an altruistic living kidney donor in 2017 starting a 64-person kidney chain. Their family remains actively involved in promoting organ donation, and most recently participated in the Transplant Games of America.

Elisse’s supporters and clients have called her a catalyst for change with the ability to motivate others beyond their own perceived capacity. She has seen both the breadth and depth of mission-driven organizations, boards and teams and she helps organizations transform, dream big and achieve their goals. Elisse also dedicates a good portion of her time and passion to giving back as a volunteer serving on nonprofit boards and community planning committees.
